Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of PriceWatcher (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PriceWatcher lets you create price watchers for supported sources (such as flights, hotels, Amazon, eBay, and custom URLs), schedule checks, and receive alerts when your conditions are met. Features may change as we improve the product.

2. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it for verification and notices.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your session secure.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• Every account starts on the Free plan (one active watcher, fixed check interval, email + web alerts).
• You can save as many watchers as you want. Only the plan’s active cap runs at once; extras stay paused with their settings.
• Pro (6 watchers) and Power (15 watchers) are monthly subscriptions billed in euros via Stripe.
• Paid plans can set their own check interval (subject to per-service minimums), and include Telegram and Discord alerts.
• If you cancel or a subscription ends, extra watchers above the Free cap are paused.
• Prices may change; changes apply to future billing periods, not the current paid period.

4. Service requests

Pro and Power users may submit requests for new tracking services. Each request costs €10 on Pro and €5 on Power. If we decline a request, or you cancel it while it is still pending, we refund the fee. Approval does not guarantee a specific delivery date.

5. Alerts & accuracy

Price data comes from third-party sites and APIs. We aim for reliable checks, but we do not guarantee that every price, availability, or alert is complete, current, or error-free. Third-party outages, rate limits, or page changes can delay or prevent checks.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Service to scrape, attack, or overload third-party systems beyond normal personal tracking.
• Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, authentication, or access controls.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes.

7. Privacy

We process account data (such as email), watcher settings, and delivery preferences to provide the Service. Channel integrations (Telegram, Discord) only work when you connect them. Do not submit sensitive personal data you are not comfortable storing with your account.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We are not responsible for purchase decisions you make based on alerts.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PriceWatcher and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost savings, or missed deals arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be highlighted in the app or on the website.
